The Basics
1. Log in to the system and open a new trip
2. Add corporate traveller’s profile
- Display personal profile
- Display business profile
Booking Air
3. Search for a domestic round trip flight
- Look at the fare rules
- Look at additional pricing options
- Sort the flight options by departure time from earliest to lates
- Choose outbound and return flights. Look at the two pricing options and determine the difference between them
- Use ‘Add to cart’ to add one of the options to the cart
Booking Hotel
4. Search for hotel or open hotel results (if you requested the hotel search at the time you searched for flights)
- Note the suppliers the results came from
- Note the preferred hotels in the results
- Open a map view and search for a certain address at your destination
- Choose the closest hotel
- Note the cheapest rate this hotel is available at
- Look at the cancellation policy
- Note any out of policy results (OOP)
- Note any corporate rates available
- Add the hotel option to the cart
Booking Car Rental
5. Search for a car rental
- Note the corporate policy for cars
- Look for push notification in the lower right hand corne
- Look for OOP, preferred vendors, and car type in the result
- Add the car to the trip cart
Finalizing the Trip
6. Open the trip cart
- Cancel the hotel quote by selecting the checkbox next to the hotel and selecting the trashcan icon
- Hold the flights by selecting the checkbox next to the air and selecting the hold button
- Check that the form of payment was added to the quote
- Cancel the entire trip
