Sign the request for Web Services Connection
To start the process of connecting to Amadeus Web Services, please download the attached documents:
1. Amadeus Activation Process Guidelines are provided by Amadeus and describe the connection process and requirements.
Important: please make sure the request is submitted with Atriis WSAP (1ASIWIBEAII) as appears in the form. Using a different WSAP may cause some of the platform functionalities not to work properly. |
2. Amadeus Web Services Atriis Authorization Form
After reviewing the process, please sign the form and share it with us at customersolutions@atriis.com.
Our team will send the signed form back to you, so you can open a request for web services with Amadeus.
Receive the credentials and connect your Amadeus to Atriis
Once Amadeus processes your request, you should get a set of credentials and confirmation of the settings requested in the form.
After you get this information, please fill out this form, and our team will connect your Amadeus OID to your portal. The form contains additional settings that our team configures when connecting the supplier.
We recommend consulting the Amadeus Additional Settings article when you fill out the form. The article contains an explanation of the settings configured on the supplier level.
