BeneRail

Introduction

BeNeRail International is a joint venture between the Belgian National Rail company SNCB/NMBS and Nederlandse Spoorwegen (NS) of the Netherlands, which acts as a ticket sales and distribution platform for international and high-speed train services.

BeNeRail offers Atlantis (@lantis)  - a native system behind BeNeRail API, for after-sales ticket servicing. BeNeRail will provide training for this platform.

BeNeRail supports multiple EU suppliers, such as:

• SNCB Europe
• NS
• CFF
• OBB
• Thalys
• Eurostar
• TGV (SNCF)
• ICE (DeutscheBahn)
• IC (InterCity) / NRT (non-integrated reservation trains) within Europe.

Check with BeNeRail for more details on the routes covered (providers don't open all routes on their network).

Fares through the API are the same as those offered online or through @lantis.

*Please note that some carriers might be limited on some markets, as they are bookable through other channels (for example, Eurostar is available on UK GDS, so it will be restricted through BeNeRail)

BeneRail Connection 

Atriis implementation fee: consult your Order Form or the Extended Services List.

Alternatively, you can contact your Customer Success or Implementation Manager who will confirm the pricing.

To add Benerail to your portal, you have 2 solutions: sign a direct agreement with Benerail, or use the Atriis agreement:

Option #1 - Direct agreement with Benerail

You need to contact [e-mail] to start the process of direct agreement.

Once the commercials are finalized, you should receive a set of credentials that contains the following items:

1. BeNe User
2. Back office ID
3. Back office Username
4. Back office Password
   

Once the credentials are obtained, please share these with your Customer Success or Implementation Manager to get the connection up and running on your portal.

Option #2 - Access through Atriis agreement with Benerail

In this case, you need to fill in the attached form and send it to your Atriis Customer Success or Implementation Manager.

Atriis will handle the content activation on your portal, and Benerail will train your agents on their direct platform to service tickets.
