Introduction
Atriis has the ability to provide the Lufthansa Group NDC content on your portal.
NDC (New Distribution Capability) is a travel industry-supported program launched by IATA for the development and market adoption of a new, XML-based data transmission standard.
The NDC Standard enables the travel industry to transform the way air products are retailed to corporations, and leisure and business travelers, by addressing the industry’s current distribution limitations.
You can find more info on LHG NDC on their NDC site.

- Lufthansa (LH)
- Swiss (LX)
- Austrian Airlines (OS)
- Brussels Airlines (SN)
- Discover (4Y)
- Air Dolomiti (EN)

Account creation
Atriis implementation fee: consult your Order Form or the Extended Services List.
Alternatively, you can contact your Customer Success or Implementation Manager who will confirm the pricing.
Customers requiring LHG NDC access via Atriis should get in touch with their local Lufthansa Groups Sales Representative. A Content Agreement needs to be signed by the TMC as a prerequisite to access NDC Content.
If you do not have a Lufthansa Group Sales Representative, you can contact your customer success or implementation manager for an introduction.
The local LH Account Manager will trigger the Content Agreement through an internal Questionnaire with all relevant TMC information and involved IATA numbers.
In parallel, please fill out this form with the information required for Atriis team to open a request with LH Group from our end.
As soon as the Content Agreement is signed, the LH Application team will notify Atriis, who can open the NDC PCC request on the TMC's behalf.
Once Lufthansa Group has validated the request, the access will be created and Atriis will receive the credentials for setting up the distributor in your portal.
Atriis will also provide you with the credentials for the Spark platform (TMC use only).
