Introduction

RateHawk is an innovative B2B online booking engine that can be connected to your Atriis portal to access their wide hotel content.

The rates and availability are taken from more than 200 global wholesalers, consolidators, OTAs and DMCs all brought together into one booking tool. Account creation

Atriis implementation fee: consult your Order Form or the Extended Services List. Alternatively, you can contact your Customer Success or Implementation Manager who will confirm the pricing.

To get the API credentials you need to contact your RateHawk account manager and request a connection to Atriis. RateHawk will provide you a Key ID and API Key.

Once the API credentials are created please provide them to your Customer Success or Implementation manager to activate RateHawk content on your portal.

If you don’t have an account with RateHawk, you can contact your Atriis Customer Success or Implementation Manager who will make the required introductions.

Hotel Policy Information (Metapolicy)

RateHawk provides a metapolicy for each property — a plain-language summary of key booking conditions sourced directly from RateHawk. When a metapolicy is available, Atriis displays it on both the hotel search results card and the room results page.

What the metapolicy shows

The metapolicy covers three categories of booking conditions:

• Cancellation terms — whether the rate is refundable, non-refundable, or has conditional cancellation fees
• Meal plan — included meals or board basis (for example, breakfast included, half board)
• Payment conditions — whether payment is due at booking or at the property

Each category label appears in bold on its own line, making it straightforward to compare conditions across rooms without opening each room’s detail view.

Where to find it

• Hotel search results — the metapolicy appears on the hotel card when you expand or view the hotel listing.
• Room results page — the metapolicy is also visible when you click into a RateHawk hotel and view the room list.

If a RateHawk property has no metapolicy data, the section does not appear — there is no empty placeholder. The metapolicy is specific to RateHawk hotels; it does not appear for hotels sourced from other suppliers.

Missing Information / Suggested Additions

• Connection cost section: The article describes implementation fees only in passing within the Account creation section. A dedicated “Connection Cost” section (standard for Supplier Intro and Connection articles) is missing — it should confirm whether there is a per-transaction fee or a flat connection cost for RateHawk content.
