We have recently migrated all our security and compliance information from Zendesk to our Vanta Trust Center.
This allows us to maintain a single source of truth with always-updated documents, certificates, controls, and subprocessors.
Below is an overview of what you can find in the Trust Center and instructions on accessing restricted materials when needed.

Other Resources – Additional materials such as whitepapers or reference guides.

Controls
The Controls section provides real-time visibility into the security and compliance controls implemented across the organization.
Controls are divided into:
Infrastructure Security – How we secure our systems, networks, and cloud environments.
Organizational Security – Company-wide policies, governance, and employee security practices.
Product Security – Measures we take to secure our platform and application features.

Accessing Restricted Documents
Some documents and certificates in the Trust Center are available on demand.
If a resource is restricted, you will see a Request Access button within Vanta. Clicking it sends a request directly to our team.
Once reviewed, access will be granted by one of our security/account administrators.
