GoGlobal Travel (GGT) is a B2B travel provider that can be connected to your Atriis portal, offering access to a vast array of hotel content worldwide.

Adding Go Global Travel content to your portal

To integrate GoGlobal Travel content into your Atriis portal, you will need to obtain API credentials. Please contact your GGT account manager to request a connection to Atriis. GGT will provide you with an Agency ID, Username, and Password.

Note: If you intend to use both invoice and credit card forms of payment (FOPs), you will need to request two separate connections from your GGT account manager: one for invoice payments and another for credit card payments.

Once you receive the API credentials, please provide them to your Customer Success or Implementation Manager, who will activate the GGT content on your portal.

Features

Atriis Administration

All Atriis hotel administration capabilities are available for managing GoGlobal Travel content. The initial setup will be handled by Atriis once you provide the necessary credentials.

Payment Options

Invoice/Credit Card: The payment method (invoice or credit card) is determined between the client and GGT at the account level. Please note that only one payment method can be selected per account.

Virtual Credit Cards: Virtual credit cards (VCCs) can be used as a payment method with GGT.

Products and Options Available

• GGT hotels can be booked on the agent desktop and the Online Booking Tool (current and New UI).
• As GGT is an Instant Purchase supplier, the "hold" option is not available.
• Atriis' connection with GGT allows users to add preferences (e.g., adjoining rooms, connecting rooms, non-smoking rooms, late arrival time) during the booking process.

 

Voucher

A GGT hotel voucher for successful bookings can be downloaded from the trip cart. It will also be sent as an attachment with the Travel Plan email.

Administration

Credentials

Each TMC needs unique credentials from GGT for setup in Atriis Admin Center:

1. Agency ID. Alpha-Numeric input. Required. 
2. Username. Alpha-Numeric input. Required. 
3. Password. Alpha-Numeric input. Required. 
4. Host. Alpha-Numeric input. Required.

Important note - If both invoice and credit card payment methods are required by the TMC, two separate sets of credentials must be provided, and two distributors will be created in the GTP Admin Center.

GTP Administration > TMC Settings > My TMC Content – a new TMC distributor details 

1. Add content administration:  
   1. The new distributor (GoGlobal) should be added to the available content table. 
      
   2. On-click - will open the content administration form:
      
      
   3. Form fields:
      1. Distributor. (GOGLOBAL). Not editable.  
      2. Office ID. Not editable.  
      3. Organization units. Use the same selection component as in other distributors.

Administration Hierarchy

All the requirements as described should be implemented on the corporate level as well (Corporate Settings > Corporate Content): 

1. No change in terms of functionality. Only instead of the “Organization units” selection component use the “User Groups” selection component. 
2. The corporate fields should inherit the state and the values from the TMC level. 
3. Each field will have an “edit” button that will allow to override the inheritance: 
4. Onclick – the field would be editable. 
5. By default – the inherited values (from the TMC level) will be shown.
