Customers and Subscribers ("Customer") agree to the following policies for the reimbursement of travel expenses for Atriis on-site engagements:
1. Air Travel:
- For flights with a duration of up to six (6) hours, bookings will be made in the Economy cabin, with a priority on minimizing total travel time.
- For flights exceeding six (6) hours in duration, bookings will be made in a Premium cabin.
- Should higher cabin classes be required due to specific dates, destinations, or availability constraints, such bookings will be made only with prior written approval from the Customer.
2. Accommodation:
- Accommodation will be arranged in hotels with a minimum rating of three (3) stars, ensuring adherence to the highest possible standards of traveler safety.
- The booking of accommodation may be arranged by either party, subject to mutual agreement.
- If the Customer arranges the booking, the accommodation shall be prepaid by the Customer.
- If Atriis incurs accommodation costs, such costs shall be invoiced to the Customer.
3. Transfers:
- The Customer shall cover the costs associated with airport transfers at the destination, as well as transfers between the client's office and the hotel accommodation.
4. Personal Expenses:
- The Customer shall reimburse personal expenses incurred by Atriis personnel for each working day of the visit, based on a per diem rate of USD 80, which reflects the industry benchmark for average daily expenses.
